Mortgage Consultant / Loan Originator

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated individuals with a strong sales background or aptitude to join our dynamic team of mortgage professionals. The Loan originator must possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills to consult with applicants and guide them through the loan approval process. This involves explaining the requirements of various loan programs, consulting with applicants on their financial needs, requesting documentation for approval purposes and following up in a timely, professional manner.

Qualified candidates must have strong time management and organizational skills, be flexible and adaptable to change, and possess a sense of urgency andtrong drive to succeed. Some evening work is required. A Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of experience in a sales or service related position is strongly preferred, but not required. Compensation will include a competitive commission plan, health and dental and 401k with a company match.  First year earnings potential is $50,000 - $100,000+.
